The task of the leader is to get his people from where they are to where they have not been - Henry A Kissinger

Leading others draws heavily upon the personal skills of frontline staff and is a precursor to the ability of the individual to lead influence and change within the organisation. Connecting with others whilst maintaining the necessary boundaries created by role and position, frontline managers with the ability to effectively lead others will experience teams that are empowered, self directing and open to change. Leadership of others also relies on the ability of frontline staff to recognise and manage poor performance and apply dedicated skills to support the growth of individuals and the team.
